How to Complete the Wellness Wheel Exercise:
1. Evaluate Honestly: Rate each area on the wheel from 1 (rock bottom) to 10 (totally on top of your game).
2. Connect the Dots: Use a ruler to draw straight lines between the boxes you've marked.
3. Analyse The Shape: The more circular the shape, the more balanced you are. A jagged shape indicates imbalance.
Whether this is your first time doing the Wellness Wheel Exercise or you've completed it before, revisiting this exercise regularly is crucial. Repeating the exercise allows you to track your progress, identify new areas for improvement, and ensure ongoing balance and alignment in all aspects of your life.
