Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – or 'tapping' as it is sometimes referred to – is an invaluable tool that can make a big difference to our physical, emotional and performance issues.

At the core of this therapy is the idea that many of our day-to-day struggles are rooted in unresolved emotional issues that we need to address in order to move forward. Through EFT, we can work on these old traumas, so we're better equipped to handle whatever life throws at us.

We can use EFT to take control and unlock our true potential.

Forget needles - EFT is a two-part process that combines mental tuning with physical tapping of the body's meridian points. This simple yet powerful technique has the potential to replace months or even years of conventional therapy with minutes or hours, and it can be done anywhere.
