  4. What steps do I need to take to achieve these goals? Break down each goal into manageable tasks.
  5. How will I measure my progress and success? Establish tangible metrics or indicators.

Remember, planning is a dynamic process. Revisit and revise your plan as needed. It's your journey, after all.
