Welcome to the beautiful month of May, a time when nature's beauty is in full bloom. The possibilities for growth and renewal mirror our journeys and provide the opportunity for a moment of review, reflection, and re-commitment. 

We've breezed through the first third of 2024. Now, as we stand on the threshold of the next four months, it's time to ponder - what wellness milestones do you aspire to reach by the end of August? 

The upcoming third of the year will whisk by just as swiftly as the first. But fear not, as every day holds the potential for incredible transformation. 

To help you harness this potential, I've curated 8 thought-provoking journal prompts designed to uncover your deepest wellness aspirations:

  • If I could achieve anything in my wellness journey in the next four months, what would it be?
  • How will achieving this goal improve my daily life?
  • What small, daily actions can I take to move closer to this goal?
  • Who inspires me with their approach to wellness, and what can I learn from them?
  • Reflecting on times I felt my best, what daily habits contributed to that sense of well-being?
  • What wellness goal have I been putting off because it feels too challenging, and what first step can I take towards this goal this week?
  • How do my wellness goals align with my overall life aspirations, and how can they support each other?
  • What does a balanced day look like for me, and how can I incorporate elements of that into my everyday life?

In Nelson Mandela's words, "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." Just imagine, four months from now, how much could change if you choose to start today.

My Plans for the Next Four Months:

I'm excited to share that our wellness community is expanding. Over the next four months, we anticipate welcoming more lovely clients into our Pilates classes and adding evening and weekend classes to the timetable, offering more flexibility and opportunities for improved physical and mental wellness. 

Plus, I'm launching Group Sound Relaxation Sessions. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in soothing sounds that wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity - it's truly an experience for the soul. I'll share further details as soon as they are available.

And "Day Retreats" are on the horizon. These retreats, designed to offer a sanctuary for rejuvenation and activities that nourish both body and mind, can be a great way to take a break from your daily routine and focus on your wellness goals.

Amidst these exciting developments, a personal milestone looms - my youngest will be stepping out of school and into college at The Northern Ballet School. I'm crossing my fingers that this transition comes with at least four weeks of glorious Summer sunshine to celebrate!

Setting Your Wellness Goals For the four months ahead:

Visualise it's August 31st, 2024. You're looking back over the past four months with a heart full of pride and accomplishment, saying to yourself, "I am so pleased that I have..." This is the essence of goal-setting—envisioning your success and working backwards to make it your reality.
