My first tool to tackle self-doubt is simple and effective: create a 'champagne moments' file. It's a file where you'll write down all the compliments, achievements, successes and anything else that makes you feel proud and accomplished.

Whenever you need a boost of confidence or feel your self-worth slipping, open your file and remind yourself of all the fantastic things you've accomplished in the past. This way, you'll shift your focus from what you could be doing better to what you're doing great.

2. Practice the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a powerful technique that uses tapping on various points of the body while focusing on talking through a problem or challenge you are facing. It's easy to learn and can be done anywhere, anytime, making it perfect for busy ladies.
